1. Shipping policy
a. Delivery will be made, at the customer’s choice, according to various methods indicated on the site. The various fees and terms of delivery are presented on the site.
b. The order will be delivered on the date or within the period specified to the customer based on the terms of delivery chosen by him among the different solutions available. Failing that, the order will be delivered at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the customer placed his order.
c. The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order interface of the site. The customer is however informed that the products ordered on the site can only be delivered in the following countries: every country in the world except Turkmenistan, Mexico, Brazil, Russia and Ukraine.
d. Delivery implies the transfer to the customer of the physical possession or control of the product ordered.
e. Any risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer when he or a third party other than the carrier proposed by Phase and indicated by him, acquires the physical possession of these products.
f. If the customer chooses to entrust the delivery of the product to a carrier other than the one proposed by Phase, the customer is informed that the risk of product loss or damage will be transferred to him upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
g. In any case, and regardless of the delivery method chosen, the customer must refuse the delivery of a spoiled or damaged package. If he accepts the package, the customer will be deemed to have inspected the condition and contents of the package.
2. Return policy
a. During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of your Phase product, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if the original packaging is fully intact.
For exchanges and returns, you must contact our support before shipping any Phase product back to us: support@phase.zendesk.com.You are responsible for the shipping of returned Phase products to Phase. Any Phase product lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned Phase products are at your expense.
However, Phase will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.
For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Therefore, all sales of digital products (such as sound packs) on our store are final and non-refundable once the payment has been accepted.
By purchasing a digital product from our store, you expressly agree to:
- The immediate commencement of the contract’s performance upon payment acceptance.
- The loss of your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
