The purpose of these Terms of Use is to set the conditions of use of the Website and all the pages of the Website.
This Website is a portal website that allows Users to learn more about Phase, its activities and products, and to keep abreast of news about Phase.
Insofar as this is not a commercial website, there are no Terms of sale, nor any information relating to the security of payment methods.

11. Nullity
