1. General information
The "Back to School" contest is organized by Phase SAS, a French simplified joint stock company ("société par actions simplifiée"), whose head office is located at 54/56, avenue du Général Leclerc, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. The company is registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under the number 915 189 302.
2. Dates of Operation
The contest will run from September 13th, 2024 at 6:00 PM (French time) until September 30th, 2024 at 6:00 PM (French time). Participation outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
3. Eligibility & Participation
This contest is free to enter and is open to residents of any country who are aged 13 years or older. To participate in the contest, participants must complete the online entry form available at the following page: https://www.phasedj.com/vip-giveaway. Only one entry per person is permitted. Participants must follow all instructions on the page to successfully enter the contest.
4. Prizes
The contest prize includes:
• 1 Engraved Phase Essential (engraved with the winner's chosen logo and tagline)
• 1 Limited Edition Phase Merch T-shirt (size chosen by the winner)
• 1 Phase Case
The total estimated retail value of the prize package is approximately $600 (VAT included).
5. Selection of winner
The winner will be selected at random through a draw on October 1st, 2024. The draw will be conducted by the organizer or their designated representative.The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. It is the participant's responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.
6. Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be shipped by postal service to the winners within 30 days following the announcement of the results. The organizer is not responsible for any lost or damaged prizes during shipping.
7. Miscellaneous
By entering the contest, participants accept these terms and conditions in full. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if circumstances demand. Any legal disputes will be settled under the laws of France.
